POE-432E Mini PoE DC UPS: Features and Appearance
The POE-432E from ulinkeep is an on-line mini PoE DC UPS designed for security monitoring and network equipment. When mains power fails or the voltage fluctuates, it switches over in 0 ms, so PoE cameras, routers, optical modems and other DC devices keep running without rebooting or dropping offline.
The unit comes in a white, slim plastic case, about 160 × 105 × 28 mm and only 0.38 kg net weight, so it lies flat on a desk, in a weak-current box, or next to your router. From left to right, the front panel has a 15V/24V voltage selector switch, two RJ45 ports (LAN and PoE), a RESET button, three DC output ports (5V / 9V / 12V) and a wide-range 100–240Vac input; a row of status and battery indicator LEDs sits on top, with heat-dissipation grilles on both sides for silent operation.
Like a power bank, it works as soon as you plug in the cables.

POE-432E Mini PoE DC UPS Specifications
The POE-432E mini PoE DC UPS has a built-in 2200mAh × 4 lithium-ion battery pack (2200–3500mAh cell configurations optional), with a rated energy of 32.56Wh. It offers three outputs: the PoE port is selectable between 15V and 24V and carries data and power over one Ethernet cable for PoE cameras; the DC port is selectable among 5V / 9V / 12V for routers, modems and access control; and the USB 5V port charges phones, PDAs, PSPs, MP4 players and other digital devices. Total output power is 17W with multi-level output currents of 1A–2.5A.
The AC input accepts a wide 100–240VAC 50/60Hz range for global grids, and the transfer time is 0 ms. Protections cover over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit and lightning, with a 1-year warranty. A single unit packs at about 20 × 20 × 8 cm with 1.2 kg gross weight.

Customization Cases and Production Details
The POE-432E has already landed in several overseas private-label batches. In one case, a security-channel distributor in Southeast Asia wanted to bundle it with their own PoE cameras. At the PCBA stage we built independent sampling protection for the PoE 15V/24V switching circuit according to their powered-device parameters; the four battery cells were resistance-matched one by one and ageing-screened before assembly. The white plastic shell is injection-molded with a dust-tight seam between the top and bottom covers, and the front-panel silkscreen is printed in register with the customer’s artwork. Before mass production, every unit is tested for the three DC outputs and PoE output, transfer time and lightning-protection performance.
Another customer sells into European retail: from neutral cartons and multi-language manuals to DC plug specs, everything was sampled in one round. After the sample passed charge–discharge cycle and high/low temperature tests, it was sealed as the golden sample, and repeat orders are produced exactly against it.

B2B Application Scenarios of the POE-432E Mini PoE DC UPS
Typical B2B scenarios where this mini PoE DC UPS fits:
- Security & surveillance projects: installed in the weak-current box, the PoE port powers and networks the camera over one cable, so recording continues during grid maintenance and key hours stay free of blind spots.
- Chain-store checkout networks: behind the counter it runs the router on one output and PoE scanning devices on another, so receipts keep printing when the shopping block loses power.
- SME office weak-current rooms: backup power for the main router, modem and IP phones keeps remote meetings online through tripped breakers.
- Smart access control & residential intercom: it pairs directly with 12V door controllers and door stations, so residents keep scanning faces and cards during outages.
- Hotels & serviced apartments: guest-room routers drop offline the moment power is cut; the slim 2.8 cm unit fits into a bedside cabinet or network box, and guest complaints drop noticeably.

OEM / ODM Customization Capability
ulinkeep’s own production line supports full OEM/ODM: customized color-box designs in 3 days and custom samples in 7 days, plus free replacement parts and online technical support during the cooperation period. Customization depth comes in four levels: minor customization (logo silkscreen, panel content), drawing-based customization (samples made to customer drawings), sample-based customization (reverse-engineered from a customer sample), and full customization (complete development from enclosure to electrical design). Packaging and logo/graphic customization start from 1,000 sets. The POE-432E mini PoE DC UPS is a solid long-term choice for trading companies, system integrators and overseas channel customers building their own brands. See the full mini DC UPS series.
POE-432E Mini PoE DC UPS FAQ
Q1: How many devices can the POE-432E power at the same time?
A: Three outputs run in parallel — the PoE port carries a PoE camera, the DC port (5V/9V/12V) runs routers and modems, and the USB 5V port charges a phone. Just keep the total load within 17W.
Q2: Is the PoE port voltage adjustable? How do I wire it?
A: The PoE port has two levels, 15V and 24V, switched with the SELECTOR on the side of the body. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to your router’s LAN port, the other end to the UPS’s LAN port, and plug the device’s PoE connector into the UPS’s PoE port — data and power travel over the same cable.
Q3: Will my devices reboot during a power cut?
A: No. The transfer time is 0 ms, far below the reboot threshold, so routers and cameras stay online.
Q4: How long does a full charge last?
A: The 32.56Wh battery pack runs a typical router for about 4–6 hours. With several devices connected, divide by the actual load in watts — the heavier the load, the shorter the backup time.
Q5: Can it be used overseas? Does it have lightning protection?
A: The 100–240VAC input works worldwide. The circuit adds four layers of protection — lightning, over-charge, over-discharge and short circuit — making it suitable for outdoor surveillance sites in lightning-prone regions.
Q6: What are the customization MOQ and lead time?
A: Packaging and logo customization start from 1,000 sets. Color-box designs are ready in 3 days and samples in 7 days, with a 1-year warranty on the unit plus free replacement parts and online technical support during the cooperation period.
