POE-530P is an ultra-slim 30 mm mini PoE UPS with a 10400mAh lithium battery — plug in a 100–240VAC cord and it keeps routers, modems, PoE cameras and phones running through power cuts.
POE-530P Mini PoE UPS Features and Appearance
The POE-530P is an ultra-slim mini PoE UPS from ulinkeep, built to keep routers, modems, PoE cameras and phones online when the power goes out. The white, flat body measures 175 × 105 × 30 mm and weighs only 0.4 kg — about the size of a portable hard drive — so it fits into a weak-current box, sits beside a router or mounts on a wall bracket.
On the black top panel, from left to right, you get the STATUS indicator, the power button, 12V/9V gear LEDs, a four-bar battery gauge and a USB 5V charging port. Ventilation grilles sit on both sides and PVC pads keep the bottom steady. It plugs straight into a 100–240VAC wall outlet with the included AC cord — no extra adapter needed, plug and play.

Specifications
Inside is a 10400mAh lithium-ion pack (4 cells, 2200–3500mAh optional) rated at 38.48Wh. Three outputs run in parallel: the USB 5V/1A port charges phones, PDAs and MP4 players; the DC port switches between 9V and 12V for routers and modems; and the PoE port switches between 15V and 24V, carrying data and power over a single Ethernet cable for PoE cameras. Total output is about 17W.
The wide 100–240VAC input works on any grid worldwide, and the 0 ms transfer time means devices never reboot when mains power fails. The circuit adds over-charge, over-discharge and short-circuit protection. Each unit ships in a 20 × 15 × 5 cm carton with a gross weight of 1.2 kg.

Customization Cases and Craft Details
Two overseas OEM batches have already shipped with this model. For a Southeast Asian network equipment vendor that bundles the unit with its own routers, we sampled the PoE 15V/24V switching circuit independently at the PCBA stage to match the camera PD parameters, resistance-matched and ageing-screened all four cells before assembly, and formed the white housing by injection molding with a two-shot molded black top panel and a dust-sealed seam. The ulinkeep / customer logo is silk-screened at the top right of the panel, and every unit is tested on the 9V/12V/PoE outputs and transfer time before mass production.
For a European retail customer, one round of sampling covered the neutral carton, multilingual manuals and the DC plug spec. The prototype passed charge/discharge cycling and drop tests, then a golden sample was sealed — repeat orders are built exactly to that sample.

B2B Application Scenarios
- Retail chain checkout networks: place it beside the POS counter to back up the store router and PoE scanners — receipts keep printing even when the block trips.
- SMB office weak-current cabinets: it backs up the main router, modem or desktop IP phone inside the cabinet.
- Security camera fill-in: when an outdoor PoE camera is hard to wire separately, the PoE port delivers power and data over one Ethernet cable, so recording continues during mains maintenance.
- Hotel and apartment guest rooms: at just 3 cm thin, it slips into a bedside table or network box to keep the room router online — noticeably fewer guest complaints.
- Contractor bulk projects: many low-power points, and the 17W output covers typical DC devices — stock in batches per point count.

OEM / ODM Capability
ulinkeep supports full OEM/ODM at four levels: minor customization (logo silk-screen, panel content), drawing-based customization, sample-based customization (reverse-built from your unit), and full customization (from housing to electrical design). Packaging and logo/graphic design start at 1,000 sets, with free spare parts and online technical support during the cooperation period. It suits trading companies, system integrators and overseas channel customers building their own brand — see the full MINI DC UPS catalog.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the POE-530P power several devices at once?
Yes — three outputs run in parallel: USB 5V charges a phone, DC 9V/12V runs a router, and PoE 15V/24V runs a camera, at about 17W total. Keep the total load within 17W.
How does the PoE port work? Is the voltage selectable?
The PoE port switches between 15V and 24V. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to your router’s LAN port, the other end to the UPS LAN port, and plug the device’s PoE connector into the UPS PoE port — data and power travel on the same cable.
Will my devices reboot during a power cut?
No. The transfer time is 0 ms, far below the reboot threshold, so routers and cameras stay connected.
How long does a full charge last?
The 38.48Wh battery runs a typical router for about 5–8 hours. With several devices, divide by the actual load — the higher the load, the shorter the runtime.
Can I use it abroad?
Yes. The 100–240VAC input works worldwide; just use the AC cord for your country.
What are the customization MOQ and lead time?
Packaging and logo customization start at 1,000 sets. Four levels are available, from minor silk-screen to full development. Mass production follows sample approval, with a 1-year warranty on the unit.
