B600T mini DC UPS: palm-sized backup for routers, cameras and smart home
The B600T mini DC UPS is a compact backup power unit from ulinkeep. Its job is simple: keep routers, optical modems, security cameras and other 12V / 19V / 24V DC devices running when mains power drops or the voltage fluctuates — so your network and security systems never go offline.
The body is a clean matte-white cube measuring about 130 × 75 × 42 mm and weighing only 0.46 kg, so it fits inside a weak-current box, on a desk or in a small rack. The side panel keeps just two DC ports (DC Input / DC Output) and two status lights, Work and Charge. It runs completely silent. Compared with a traditional lead-acid tower UPS it is an order of magnitude smaller, and connecting it is as easy as plugging in a power adapter — true plug and play.

On-line design, ≤ 5 ms switchover, no reboot
When mains power fails, the on-line architecture switches over seamlessly in ≤ 5 ms — far faster than the point where a router or camera would reboot. Connected devices simply keep running. While mains power is on, the B600T charges and powers the load at the same time, and a full charge takes about 6-8 hours.
On a full charge it can run a single home router or optical modem for 4–7 hours, depending on the real load. Short-circuit protection keeps the unit and your gear safe, and every unit carries a 1-year warranty.

OEM cases and craftsmanship
The B600T has already run through several rounds of overseas private-label orders. One customer needed a 19V version to pair with the POS machines in their chain stores; we confirmed the DC jack spec during the shell’s injection-molding stage, matched the plug type to the customer’s country, used a matte spray finish, and kept the seam within 0.1 mm to stop dust getting in. The logo is silk-screened on the lower-left of the front panel.
Another European customer wanted a retail color box, so we confirmed everything in a single sampling round — from cell matching and shell color to the multi-language manual layout. Each 2,200mAh × 6 cell pack is matched for internal resistance and screened for ageing before assembly, and every finished unit goes through charge–discharge cycling and drop tests before packing. Because the shell process and the electrical process are locked together, customers usually need just two confirmations from first sample to mass production.

Where the B600T is applied
Retail chains & stores: a B600T-12 behind the cash desk powers the POS machine and store router — when the mall trips, checkout keeps running and the loyalty system stays online.
SME offices: a B600T-24 in the low-voltage cabinet backs up the core router and switch, so a midday power trip doesn’t cut off the whole office’s remote meetings.
Security integrators: pair the B600T with small monitoring points for outdoor NVRs and bullet cameras — during mains maintenance, recording continues and you avoid “black screen at the critical moment” complaints.
Smart communities & access control: unit-door video intercoms and access controllers mostly run on 12V DC — add a B600T and residents can still use face or card entry during a property power cut.
Hotels & apartments: in-room routers and bedside network boxes go offline the moment power is cut; the B600T’s palm-sized body fits into a bedside cabinet or network box, and guest complaints drop noticeably.
Factory customization (OEM / ODM)
The factory supports full OEM/ODM.

Frequently asked questions
What devices can the B600T power, and what is the runtime?
The 12V version suits routers, optical modems, security cameras and access control. The 19V and 24V versions suit some laptops, monitors and small industrial devices. One ordinary router plus modem runs for about 4–7 hours; the heavier the load, the shorter the runtime — just work it out from the actual wattage.
Will my devices reboot when the power drops?
No. The B600T uses an on-line architecture with ≤ 5 ms switchover, far below the threshold that makes a device reboot, so connected cameras and routers stay online.
How is it different from a traditional tower UPS?
A traditional UPS outputs AC, is large and plugs into a wall socket. The B600T outputs pure DC, is palm-sized and sits directly between the DC adapter and the device. It solves power loss for small DC devices specifically — at lower cost, and completely silent with no fan.
Can it power my devices while it charges?
Yes. While mains power is normal it charges and supplies power at the same time, then floats on standby when full. On a power cut it takes over seamlessly — no manual action needed.
Can you do private label and custom packaging?
Yes. MOQ is 1,000 units. Logo silk-screen, shell color, color box, multi-language manual and output voltage version can all be customized; mass production starts after you confirm the sample.
What’s in the box?
B600T unit, manual, DC cable and packaging. Note: the standard version does not include the adapter — please contact our sales team if you need one.
What is the warranty?
1-year warranty for the whole unit. Free replacement of circuit boards for faults covered under warranty.
